What breed are these Assorted Bantams

They're still too young to sex properly. I'm pretty sure that you have two black tailed white Japanese bantams and one splash Cochin. There really aren't many other options for bantams in those colors with yellow legs.

Thanks. Here are updated pics at 4 weeks old. Is it easier to tell breed for sure yet or gender?

A bit too young for genders. Your Cochin looks to be white rather than splash? Odd chick down for a White Cochin Bantam. From a bit of research it seems your chick is recessive white which gives it the smokey down color, similar to a White Jersey Giant who are recessive white. The odd thing is, all Cochin Bantams should be recessive white, I have just never seen a smokey one? I guess it's just the variance of down in that color

I first thought the white chicks were BTW Jap but the hackles being black tipped as well as body shaped makes them look like bantam Delawares. The only hatchery I know who sells those is Welp and they sell blue bantam cochins which can include Splash. I know sometimes hatcheries run out of stock so they order from other hatcheries and drop ship them, maybe that was a case this time.
