What breed are these chicks?

Does anyone know what breed of chicks these are? Got 6 Pekin ducks from Ideal Poultry and there was 10 baby chicks in there for warmth. Anyone want to guess the breed? Thanks.

probably cockerels too - they have so little value to hatcheries, they use them as chick warmers.

They sure are pretty! But, doesn't it aggravate anyone that hatcheries add these "warmers", that are usually mostly cockeral, thus forcing the customer to do their dirty work (culling) for them? Is it possible to ask that no "warmers" be added?

It is irritating but that's how the hatcheries are going to get rid of all those extra cockerals. I don't think they will let you go without the warmers. I think the minimum amount of birds was 15 during the winter. In the summer it might be different.
