The darker one if def a rooster...He looks like my RIR rooster that is 12 weeks old only mine doesn't have a beard or muffs, I think def a RIR x EE or something

They both look like EE x's maybe. They don't seem to have the eagle like appearance of Orloff's, but that just a guess. Have fun with them !!

im going with the dark ones a roo as well BECAUSE, he looks like he has Rooster hackle feathers, EEs? maybe, but i was thinking maybe a Auracauna. or Aura/RIR, who knows. if their a cross they could be anything under the sun.
