What breed are they

I recently picked up a couple of pigeons and have been trying to find out what kind they are. After doing as much research as I can the closest I can think is Italian Owls. Does anybody with more experience know

I have no experience with pigeons, but judging off pictures on the internet that seems right!

They might be Oriental Frill or Classic Frill mixes, considering the grouse feathering on the feet of the one.
