What breed/gender is this???

Hi all - new to chickens & totally in love. Got this chick about 7-8 weeks ago and she looked exactly like the Americauna chicks so I assumed she was one. She looks a lot different than the others now, I noticed she has an extra toe and a growing comb....Any ideas as to what she is or if she might be a rooster? I asked for females but I know it's not 100%. Thanks!!!
