What breed is my rooster?

I’m very new to raising backyard chickens. I got this rooster because he was so pretty and friendly. Just not sure what kind he is.

Looks similar to a Crele, but I don't have chickens so it's a guess!

He might be a Bielefelder rooster.
Or a Rhodebar, which is more likely as they are cheaper and easier to find.
