What breed is this chick?

Among the chicks we got from meyer hatchery one of them is looking like a cochin of some sort to me but I'm not sure, can you guys help me clarify?

the chick is about 3 days old, I can take more pictures if needed just ask.

To be honest, I don't know much about Cochins as I've never had them.

just one thing, at what age can I start feeding them chickweed and such? I havnt raised chicks in a few years I don't remember
