What breed is this little blue muffed banty?

Hatcheries may sell poor quality chickens sometimes but I have never got a mix from one unless it is a sex link.
And I have never seen a sex link bantam from a hatchery!

I have one that looks exactly like that. She (it could very well be a he, but we say she!) is my 2yo daughter's absolute favorite. Every time we go into look at the chicks, she asks to hold "the gray one" over and over. We have other gray ones, but that is the one she means! It is a very calm and cute chick!

I also thought blue d'Anver at first but since the hatchery doesn't sell them, I'm going with blue EE because of the muffs and pea comb.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Here are updated pics. She is still super friendly, and small as in comparable to D'Anvers or D'Uccle size. In one of the pics, she is sitting next to what I think is a D'uccle. Any ideas? Bantam ameraucana/easter egger perhaps?

I have to say that it looks a lot like my blue EE and blue ameraucanas. Mine are full size, but the coloring and shape would be the same. My guess would be blue EE. Can you get a better shot of the comb? Girl EEs have a single ridge on their combs. Boy EEs have three ridges side by side.

What ever it is, it is lovely!

Oh wow! It's so nice to see another BYC member who uses Dunlap as a dealer for the drug of their choice. I just got a whole order of bantam cochins from them. To be honest, Dunlaps seems to have good quality birds (for a hatchery), so whatever you get from them should be very close to the breed (and yes EEs are mutts, but this hatchery produces high quality mutts with full beard and muffs)

That is definitely one of their bantam EEs. I bought a normal sized EE from them earlier this spring, and the little Diva turned out to be a beautiful Silver Duckwings. Her old man on the mountain beard is coming in, and she's hysterical looking.

Congrats!
