What breed is this pretty little roo? Is he a mix or pure?

He's about 12 weeks. He came from a breeder's barnyard mix of eggs.
Is he part sebright or part rosecomb? His tail is fan-shaped like a sebright but not held erect.
He's growing hackle featchers, so not pure sebright, and has red lobes.
IS the size of an OEGB but longer in the neck & tail.
Shanks are slate, feet are clean.
Any other ideas? I'm rehoming him this evening.

I'm no expert but he looks an awful lot like my young Golden Seabright.

He looks like he might be gold spangled Hamburg (or a cross of Hamburg).

Definitely a Gold Sebright. The white face is a dead giveaway. Hopefully the lacing will improve as he gets older.
