What breed is this Roo?

We got a straight run of 16 chicks from a hatchery - a rare breed crested bunch, but I just don't know what breed this is? He doesn't seem to be any of the breeds we were supposed to get (polish cresteds, sultans and german spitzhaubens). He's noisy and aggressive towards my other chickens so he's going to a local rooster rescue today. I'm just curious as to what breed he is?

Looks like a Mottled Houdan to me, he's lovely.

Yup, I just googled it and he definitely looks like a mottled houdan. He's only 3 and a half months old
