What breed is this rooster?

Can someone explain how to upload a pic if this doesn't work? I am new to this and not very good. I am trying to get my rooster a girl but not sure what he is. I am guessing he might be a mixed rooster but he does have a lot of feathers on his feet also.

Thanks a Bunch! He's a good guy and my hen loves him but she's a rhode island red mix so guess I just got a bunch of mixed chickens running around the house! LOL! They were freebies and I just can't say no to those kind.

Did silver-laced cochin pop into anyone's head??? I'm kind of seeing it. There's the lacing, plus the feathers on the feet. So maybe they were ordering silver-laced cochins from a hatchery?
