I’ll start with these:

I like these birds colours but I’m a bit confused about what breed they are as on the ad it says they are Homers but it’s not specified on what breed of homer.

I think you are probably going to be stuck with that classification. I see nothing that jumps out to pigeon hole (no pun intended) the breed any further. If you decide to purchase them the next adjective you may be attaching to them is either GOOD or BAD. That is a poor picture that does not give a good frontal view of the head. Hopefully some other member can give better insight.
When I see brown and white mixture it makes me conclude that some one is trying to breed snow white homing pigeons. These are his discards on the way to his goal. You have to breed for brown before you can go on to white is a rule of thumb in that process. Good luck backyard buddy.

Here’s another few photos from the ad:

And thanks. Also I’ve seen birds of a similar body type for sale a few months ago, I’ll have to search through my history. BTW these aren’t from the same person who had the other ones for sale that I’m looking for the pic of.

These are the photos I’ve found from my old posts about the other seller of similar looking birds so far:

I thought I also posted a photo of the parents of these birds in one of my early posts but I’m not sure.

Here’s another few photos from the ad:
When you see pigeons with extra large cere (white fleshy portion over the beak) it is usually a sign of select breeding for good homing instincts. As I am sure you are aware those are oversized. It can sometimes show the result of advanced age along with the condition of their feet and the eye lids of the bird is another region you can guestimate the age of a bird when you handled enough. It only comes with experience and by handling the different generations in your flock.

Looks like American Show Racers to me (used to raise them many years ago). It's an exhibition/show breed, so not meant for flying.
