I ordered a Delaware chcik and I also ordered a whiting true blue chicken along with other chickens but I didn’t receive all the chickens I ordered I only got 13 out of 15 so I’m wondering if this is my Delaware or if it’s the true blue chicken? it’s almost 6 weeks

oh boy he’s going to have to find a new home. I already did this once and got a rooster and I named him lucille thinking it was a hen but I ended up keeping him and the name (poor guy). No room for two roosters in this house! How can you tell it’s a rooster?

There is color leakage on the wings, that’s a pretty decent size comb for six weeks and the color is reddening. I bet in a week or two those wattles will be grown out. The feet too are rather large and stocky. I’m about 90% sure this is a little cockerel.

I too lean cockerel, but it is a bit young to know 100%.
