I too, think they are Silver Spangled Hamburgs.
I have 6 of these, 4 pullets & two roos.
Mine are about 10 weeks old.

Our Silver-Spangled rooster, which was also our mystery chick, is very calm and does not mind being in the coop all of the time while the run is being constructed. However, I did read that as a breed they are very flighty and do not like confinement and really enjoy foraging. He has to have a new home soon as I can't keep a rooster. I keep hoping maybe he just won't learn to crow. Fat chance of that!! He is very sweet and has tiny little black eyelashes top and bottom.
