What breed of rooster is he?

So this is my rooster named Nugget. We got him about 4 years ago from one of the neighborhood kids. Apparently, the high school was giving away chicks and he took him home, but couldn't keep him once he found out that he was a rooster. He was our very first chicken. Just recently we have decided to phase out our chickens and breed our ducks. I am needing to know what breed he is so that I can find him a home.

My neighbor has just welsummer and gamefowl chickens, and 1 mystery hen. He has 15 roosters and 3 hens, and he looks like one of his welsummer.
