What breed?

I got this chick from the Phoenix and Cubalaya tub at Tractor supply but I don't think its either. The only red chicks I'm familiar with are Rhode Island Reds but it seems smaller than my Reds where at that age (they're about 2 weeks difference.) Also is it posible to tell the gender yet? I can tell the sex of some of the other chicks I bought at the same time as this one but maybe not with this one? I'm not sure.

The first three pictures are from when I first got it and the other two are from the other day.

These were my Rhode Island Reds when I first got them. Also their feathers look like they were growing in a different color than this other chicks feathers.

Red Shouldered Yokohamas a white when they are little. Also Yokohamas are pea combed.
