It could also be a Austra White (Leghorn x Australorp hybrid). We have one and she had black on white feathers.
Austra White Chicken Breed Information:
Our Austra Whites are a cross between our Black Australorp rooster and our White Leghorn hens (parent stock shown). They were first developed in the early 1900's. This cross produces offspring that are very good layers throughout the year and lay a large off white egg. The Austra White pullet will be white with little black specks in some feathers. This cross is considered to be a heavier breed and their disposition is calmer than the pure Leghorn breed.
I have 2 tetra tints I got from a local feed store. They looked like little Dalmatian chicks when we first got them. They feathered out a lot like that I ended up with one hen and one roo. Sweet birds.
