I think the one in the 3rd photo, but could also be the olive egger, as some use same breeds for parent stock. Again better, close up photos of profiles in better light would help!

They are way to big boned to be game birds.

Not if they're mixed with EE's they do not look pure to me

While EE are mixed breed birds hatcheries don't sell mixed breed game birds.....at least none I have ever seen.

The OP's birds are still young so not filled in all the way yet. I think that gives them that lanky appearance.
