What breeds do you wish you had?

I’d like to have a breeding trio of Ayam Cemani chickens.
But I love the Brahmas.

I'd like to have some Old fashioned Black Jersey Giants because of size but I'm not sure I'd be satisfied with egg production verses food ratio so I've held back getting one. I'd also like a few white leghorns to have some white eggs in the mix but so far I've held off because I hear their flighty and I don't really find them pretty to look at. So I'll just think on it a while before I commit to getting them.

I'm a sucker for crested breeds (I have polish, silkie and Araucana which are crested in AUS) and those three are rare breeds I have yet to actually get my hands on

I have gotten almost every breed I could ever want and one breed I had never heard of (Calico Princess). But the one breed I really wanted and was just not lucky enough to have available near me was a Black Copper Maran. I do not regret any of the babies I have chosen but would have gladly made room for one BCM along the way!
