What color are Midget White poults when they hatch?

Hi, just a quick question here. I had four poults hatch this past week from Midget White shipped eggs. One is pure white, the other three are tinted sorta buff/red on their heads. This person just posted a thread showing their Bourbon Red poults and they look exactly like my Midget Whteis. Is it possible to mix the two up when they are a few days old?
