Looks like some kind of Crele.

Maybe a blue crele? Is there such a thing? I thought possibly blue cuckoo but I wasn't sure.

It could be blue cuckoo. It's really hard to say without knowing what its parents are to limit the options.

Looks like blue barred (would be cuckoo in Orpingtons) with red leakage. Crele is not just red leakage, it's a different base color.
