It's not a cochin. I think it is a self-blue d'Uccle.

Not a d'uccle--first of all, the bird is larger than the other bantams; 2nd, no beard or muffs; 3rd, black legs & feet.

It may be self-blue (aka lavender).

OK, here's a pic of it when it was younger. It does not have black skin, just blackish beak and feet.
I think self-blue, splash, and lavender (after researching) are more like my sweetie.

I bought it from Griffith's Poultry farm. The person there might have mentioned d'uccle or d'anver, but I agree there's no beard. They thought it might turn out lavender.
