What could this be and what to do about it

I believe but Im hoping Im wrong is this bumblefoot , if so what should i do to make it go away ive read alottttt but I believe here could help me best . Its a 12 hour trip to nearest avarian and he wouldnt be able to deal with a trip that long . The green stuff is bio-freeze

Post some photos of the tops of the feet and legs too.

I agree, it's Bumblefoot. I would not use Bio Freeze.
