I brought home a huge pack of boneless skinless thighs today. We're having chicken broccoli casserole tonight, and then the guys are itching for some red meat so chicken pot pie or dumplings or whatever will have to wait a few nights, but its' coming! Oh yes, it is!

That sounds just delicious to me! I made a shepherd's pie last night (Alton Brown's recipe) and it was divine!
