Mesquite tree and oleander outside my front door. The snake plant lived through the sun, I'm hoping said mesquite tree grows well this year and we get some dappled shade for this stuff under my front window next Spring.

I think the compost in the tumbler will be ready by fall. It smells like rich, damp earth. I love that smell!

I suggest we drop the subject.

What a good idea Okay had to Cut my lower denture that was twisted by a denturist trying to repair after I dropped ... Now have a appointment with the people that made my current set for the 15th

Today is beautiful. Extremely hot and sunny - honestly terrible to go out and work in (too hot) but amazing to go out and relax in. I did some tidying up around the yards and went on a long much-needed walk with the dogs. (They've been cooped up from mud.) Then D brushed them. It's been a good day so far.

As a fireman, I must share that the call we fear the most is "fall from his own height" as in not off a ladder etc. Most home deaths come from falls. Most of those are in the bathroom. So when you lay out wire, etc, be sure to think ahead of what might happen ... so it doesn't happen.
I know....I know! :hit
The number one cause of death in seniors is FALLS!
Not necessarily the original trama but once they become bed ridden....it’s a slippery slope down hill.
I ALWAYS lay firewood on each end not only to hold the wire flat but to mark where it is....i no longer will stretch wire where he likes to go. He promised to be more careful/aware.
