What did you do in the garden today?

Did take photos of the garden when done tonight BF went out and weed eated all the long grass down while our Son helped me.
We planted four peppers moving them to places where not bending is required

Hello @AllenK RGV, I hear you regarding the neighbors. We just bought a five acre off-grid property which we might retire on and we would not take kindly to a neighbor's dog killing our chickens.
The hardest part of the insano conversation I had with this guy was his statement that "I need to learn to control my chicken" ok? I do not know how to do that better than to erect fences and barriers which I have had for the last three years. What is my next best step to keep his run at large dogs off my property? Unliscensed electric fencing? Or should I live in fear due to his low level threats that I don't know who I am dealing with? Seriously, I have friends too and some don't mind going to jail for the right reasons. They still know I'll give em all the eggs they or their family want/need and $10-/hour to boot plus their stimulus checks. I am a brother to stand next to them. I really hate Texans who try and reverse racism me, just for the record I am the only caucasianish american indian disabled veteran living in this small town of 2000. I'm sorry to spew my toxic thoughts into this public forum, but I should call my brothers in arms to swat this miserable mosquito of a man. BTW that is just a thought, not a plan or an actionable intention.

Beautyfully inspired gardening @penny1960 I love picking up dumped tires too and giving them a second life growing things. I am a civilized Dallasite at heart but love the beauty of repourposing.
