What did you do in the garden today?

I've had the flu shot 2 times in my life and both times I had full blown flu (diagnosed by doctor) in within 2 weeks. I said never again and aint, also aint had the flu knock on wood. Now I can't get it due to medical issues.

As for garden stuff, dealing with the tail end of the hurricane from last night. My 2 ponds are overflowing and my garden is a mud pit.

I’ve never had chicken pox so I don’t need the shot. My former doctor didn’t believe me so he did a blood test and I was right. No chicken pox. However, I could still get chicken pox. Scary.

I’ve had chicken pox twice, the second time I had shingles on the bottoms of my feet. Hurt like HE double hockey sticks! I’m not getting a flu shot but I am getting a shingles shot

Shingrex is the new shingles vaccine takes two doses the first my left arm was unusable for like 4 days .. Second was in my right side not near as bad at least for me

I was always told the shot should be on your dominant side because you move it and it’s not supposed to hurt as long or as much.

My arm was pretty sore until the 3rd day but after I did some heavy lifting it actually felt better.
