What did you do in the garden today?

Here is a section of destruction.
Mole, vole, rats? Looks too small to be prairie dog. (I have no idea if they're even in your area or not.) Can you find a entry hole someplace and bait a trap for your mystery critter? The only other surefire way I know that works on moles and voles is a very determined dog, but then you have large holes in your yard.

He tries to get them, but hasn’t yet. :lol: I think it annoys him.
I see several holes, and I think I have traps. I just feel so clueless about them.

even mice do that in the winter
 
Morning gardeners got my first rat/mouse traps I bought just got 4 more 5 bucks is a great price Peanut butter.. Then we drowned to offender.

I'm glad that gardening is a marathon, not a sprint, and I can set my own tempo. I'm way more like the tortoise than the hare!
I hear you and am right there Sally. I've got pretty realistic expectations for myself and I generally do things the most efficient (read lazy) way possible.


No gardening today. I can’t seem to catch a break. A murderer who used to live just down the road escaped last night and they caught the guy he escaped with in our county. I will not be going outside to do more than water chickens.
