What did you do in the garden today?

Niiiiice!

harvested 10 kilos of lettuce, 1 kilo cabbage, 1/2 kilo cilantro, and 1/2 kilo parsley.

Picked some garlic, lettuce, thinned a few more onions out of the rows, picked a mess of peas, picked a bunch of cucumbers, and patched up their vertical trellis, picked a few squash.
I was growing some catnip, I say was because the farm cat's that roam around here have helped themselves to it. Plus side is cat scent in the garden is a pretty good rabbit deterant. Downside, my cats won't get any of it.

-harvested squash, checked on the jalapeno peppers and tomatoes, clipped herbs to accompany dinner, and picked strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries for the chickens. -gals love the fresh fruit. -can't wait until the Skyskraper and Mammoth sunflowers are in full bloom!

I'm going to have to get some more blackberry plants. Something chewed them up and they are not recovering at all. Picked cukes and lettuce, weeded a bit, planted some apple seeds just to see if they sprout, trimmed the rose vines and called it a day

Wow! What's eating them? I have 2 acres I'd love gone lol. Wild ones I believe tho

I wish I knew. Can't see anything on them but the leaves are totally chewed off to the point where even the vines are being chewed. i was gonna get some of the berry bushes I think. Don't know what / where to get them.

Yeah I am doing some looking around. Trying to find some that are heat/ humidity hardy. just about every thing I plant needs to be that way!

Covered the honeyberry bushes with netting so the robins won't get ALL of the berries.
