This year I am trying white eggplant in addition to the black round and long ones; the white eggplant was advertised as having a mushroom flavor, so I wanted to taste them. The must have herbs for me are Genovese basil, Italian parsley, oregano, thyme, and green onion.Raining on and off here, so I'm prepping my beds for the Autumn greens. Any and all plant suggestions are welcome - I'm keen to try new things!![]()
Thank you for sharing. I'm so happy they're doing good. Do you know at what age I can put my ducklings outside? They really stink and I am not okay with it so I'm trying to figure out when.

I've only ever eaten them raw, grated into salads - delicious! When I was younger I ate radishes raw. They have a little bit of a pepper flavor but they're so good.
I want to say mine were at least 3-4 weeks old before I put them outside... And night time temps were over 60 degrees. I'd post in the duck forum if you want to know for sure. If you can add a heat lamp in their coop, they will likely be fine with cooler temperatures.Thank you for sharing. I'm so happy they're doing good.
