I mix a pint of pumpkin purée with the ingredients in a box spice cake mix, reducing water by 1/4 cup. Make a nice pumpkin cake.I baked pumpkin down for great pies later... mixed a can of it to bake no crust... made a loaf of french bread to have spaghetti tonight have to have fresh garlic bread now going to bed
Today, I'm moving tropical plants inside...we are expecting a hard frost. That will clear my deck.




I don't have lasagna noodles handy, but we still have some zucchinis from the garden that I need to use up. I sometimes sub zucchini in place of noodles, for a healthier, low-carb version.
