managed to dig up and divide 24 ditch lily today before the storms came. I also managed all the replacement honeyberries that Michigan sent out toot sweet. OMG the size and quality they sent this time is amazing! The original order were barely sticks with half dead (now dead) leaves on them. These were 18 inches tall and nice and leafy! Crossing fingers.
I also mowed down a ton of mystery saplings in the cattle pasture. There I found a wild pea plant, toxic to livestock, but fine for the ditch. I dug it up, divided it, and transplanted that too.
Picking up my box of bees in the morning. Then I hope to find a break in the weather to plant the ditch lilies and maybe some garden plants. MAYBE.
