What did you do in the garden today?

A few years ago, I had a "ghost pea."

No chlorophyll, and this is as big as it got.

⚠️ Raised Bed Kit on Sale at Menards

Just came across this raised bed kit at Menards in a special email. It is 4X4 feet and 10 inches high. I know some people are interested in these kits, so I though I would post it here. These special sales don't last long and the inventory gets sold out fast. However, with the SKU number, you can look for the same item which might go back on sale at a later date.

Sold out [raised bed kits at Menards]

Yeah, they don't last long. But if you keep the SKU number, you might be able to get it next time they go on sale. FYI, those Menards emails with the special deals normally sell out very fast. But I have seen the same items come back on sale in a month or two, so if this is an item that you really want, put it on your wish list and check back later for more items in stock.

FWIW, Menards has sales on other raised bed kits as well. Depending on where you live, the item may be in stock or sold out. However, Menards will ship to store and I often see them shipping items from store to store if they sell better at one location and not the other.

I know many people like these type of raised bed kits because they are so easy to put together. I build my 4X4 foot 16-inch-high raised beds out of pallet wood for about $2.00 each. I enjoy making things. Here is a picture of one of my pallet wood raised beds v2.0 with 6 foot tall cherry tomato plants last summer...
