He was just saying if the soil conditions are supportive for the nematodes then they'll thrive vs. keeling over before they get a chance to work. I'm not sure about container gardening, but I don't assume any soil is perfect at any time until I get some test results to support that.That could be helpful for the lawn, but is it going to make a difference for containers? Most of my veggies are in garden boxes, the rest are in pots and hanging planters. I’d love to keep the helpful nemas alive in my containers indefinitely but I would expect the outdoor ones to freeze and the indoor ones to eventually run out of bugs to eat and starve. But if I can avoid them dying off that would be spectacular.
