What did you do with your flock today?

That was such a strange hatch. I'd read shipped eggs can be weird but I had no idea what that looked like.
Decided on Biscotti 😃.
Biscotti's still looking good so hopefully all's well and I can just enjoy watching baby grow. 🥰
Only saw this after I'd voted Cookie!
Biscotti is a cute name too. And one of my DH's favourite biscuits, as it happens - timely reminder for me as I'd completely forgotten to put them on my Christmas baking list.

What a cutie! My vote is for Cookie. It would even have it's own little theme tune:

Be warned! In the unlikely event you've never heard it before it gets stuck in your brain.a
That's adorable 😂. It's early still so it might end up Cookie! I decided on Biscotti just because ordering eggs from Florida right before Thanksgiving was a half baked idea and biscotti's are twice baked... close enough 🤣.

Hard, twice baked cookies...you wouldn't expect them to be wonderful with a description like that, but they are!

Baby's still not as vigorous as I'd like but also doing well so far. I'm really enjoying the little tyke 🥰

Biscotti ❤️

We had our December 4-H poultry meeting tonight and I wanted to cover living conditions/housing. 😍 They had fun ☺️

When I went out just after dark to close up coops there she was. Honey met me in the dark on the porch gate. When I picked her up and felt her crop is felt empty even after all the feed she had to munch on. Took her back into the house and gave her to ma to get fixed up. She ate almost a whole boiled egg. All of the yolk and most of the white. I think she just craves attention.
