What do folks do besides take care of chickens I mean!

I am a home health nurse(where everyday is an adventure!) but I only work prn. My husband is gone alot so that requires at least one of us to be around for the kids, lol. I have a small farm that keeps me entertained/occupied and we are currently in the process of buying/moving to a larger farm(more acreage). I jokingly tell people that I work to pay for my animal feed and supplies, but it really isn't far from 100% true!! My kids help me with the animals and I find it very educational for them.

Before I became SAHM Extraordinaire I was copyright liaison at Harvard Business School Publishing.
I also draw and bake. I used to ride more, but being mom etc takes a lot of time.
I am taking a voice over class mid October so I am hoping that helps me get my foot in the door for doing voice work.

I am a work-at-home project manager for an insurance company, overseeing process development. I am pursuing my BS degree in healthcare administration. I also have 2 children and am a grandma. My farm is my hobby and enjoyment from the hustle and bustle of regular life.

WOW! Some of you are real smarties, that's great. I suppose I am just a regular ol' gal. Let's see first I'm a servant to one awesome God, mommy to one gourgeous 15.5 yo. son, wife to one sweet hubby, and.....currently work part time as a admin. assistant at a great lawn and landscape company and have my masters in Cosmetology. I also sew, paint, do small woodwork, garden, can, attempt to quilt and crochet, starting small orchard, berries,grapes, and starting small hobby farm in the progress. Lots to do and get done, not enough time, and keep adding to my list do to,

I work at a radio station. My official title is sales, but I end up doing a little bit of everything. I also have 2 teenagers who keep me busy with all their activities. We like to go square dancing, 4-wheeler riding, camping, etc.

Hi all,
I was an RN for 20+ years but have come home due to health and age.
Now I can, crochet, garden, tend fruit trees, and flowers and can be a quiet soul. Just started with chickens , have always wanted to but was working and rearing my 3 children.
I always thought retirement would mean not as much work. LOL. Its just different, for a change it is what I want and need to do. But still lots of wonderful peacefull days with my dh. Jean

My Background is in Industrial Supplies, but I quit my last job, due to unethical things going on. I now work at a local Tack Store, we sell saddles, and just about everything else for horses. The money is not great, but I am basically on my own, it's very close to home and I can stay on the computer all day. I also do the advertising and website maintenance for the store.
I breed and show Horses and Jack Russel Terriers in addition to my Chickens.
I am married to my High School Sweetheart, we had a son who is deceased.

well I take care of the kids 3 girls ages 12 11 and 4 and I am a nursing assistant. lol. nothing fancy like everyone else.

Been with DH for 8 years

and he is a wonderful carpenter

improving all the time- lol.

Help raise my brothers 3 kids, never had time for biological kids, took care of Dad, Gram and now Mother at home. (Cheif cook and bottle wash.)

My first real passion was working in a residential facility for stage 1-4 Alzhiemer's. Its a rewarding occupation working with elders, burn out comes quickly if you don't take care of yourself.

Present time I have been sharing my abilities as a Psychic Medium helping in Hospice situations, missing persons and just talking with people. I am a Spiritualist Medium.
Of course ... the one thing that brings us together...
