I'm clueless as to his coloring, but he sure seems to be a bit frizzled to me. I have NO first-hand experience with frizzles, tho. He's is one handsome boy, that's for sure!!

I agree with a little bit of frizzle perhaps too. His feathers aren't completely smooth, but not frizzled either. Make sense?
