I had this Welsummer chick who grew up to be a beautiful bird. (not grown abt 10-12wks) I am curious to know of yall think this is a mixed bird...(grey/green feet like totally) and possibly grow to be a handsome rooster rather then a beautiful hen..what's your thought roo or hen?
Whichever, it definetly has the demeanor of a roo 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

She maybe an EE if her legs are slate, or Green. So, not a Welsummer.

Thanks so much for the info! She does look a lot like my other EE...

Can you guys help with these ladies.... they all are supposed to be welsummers...I bought them with the first hen...also the last bird has a crooked comb?!?! Is that ok?

Agreed. The last two pictures could be a Legbar, but I think I see a hint of a beard, so I don't think she's pure. Definitely no Welsummers in the group at all. :hmm

That last girl's comb is normal for a single-combed bird with a crest. The crest tends to push the comb up a bit and it gets crinkly like that as a result. Completely normal and shouldn't cause her any issues or anything. 😊 Even though they weren't exactly what you wanted when you bought them, your birds are all beautiful!

Bare with me...that fluff of feathers on her head...they will stay?? (If so, so cool..i have 2 more like her) And it's called a crest??

My guess would be a Welsummer-based Easter Egger. Green legs, as you mention - and the comb looks like a pea comb to me (though the pic is a little blurry); Welsummers have straight combs.

I don't know where you got them, but Cackle's olive eggers the year are Welsummer x Cream Legbar. And I've also got a Welsummer-based EE, but she's got a beard/muff.

I'm not sure about sex since it looks to be a mix, but looks pretty pullet-y. Can you get a clearer picture of the comb?
