What do YOU call tiny river lobsters?

I'm not a big fan of lobster claw meat for that reason. The tails are entirely different.

Hmm I might have to try a different part of it then or different seafoods

That is why we eat more crawfish than lobster here in southeast Louisiana. (you also need to know how to cook crawfish, if you don't know how to cook it, it becomes rubbery, it's not the food, it's the chef!).

Despite being in Crawfish Country, I'm in camp crayfish. I have been known to call them all three of those, but never mudbug.

Mines pretty accurate…..green for crawdaddy!

Funny story about yabbies:
We went camping earlier this year and I tried to catch them with tongs and a flashlight in the middle of the night. It didn’t work. And I’m pretty sure my friends and family thought I was bonkers!
