OMG, my favoite meat. I save every oz. of bacon grease. I use it on all kinds of stuff. I've been known to go out and buy 10 lbs of ends and pieces and fry it down just to get bacon grease. BTW, my grampa ate all grease off everthing and only lived to 93.

Bacon grease makes a great hoof conditioner for horses. That is if you don't want to eat it and if you have horses...

I always save it and put it on my horse's hooves...
