So, i came out this morning and found one of my hens not only outside the coop but outside a fenced yard. She was wet(its been raining) and very cold, shivering. I caught her brought her in and gave her a warm bath to get rid of the mud that was caked on her. Only then i noticed the extent of the damage. Her feathers have been a little thin all summer but not to this degree. Do you think she is molting? Or perhaps one of my young roosters is a little too....much? I have a saddle coming for her to help protect her from the other birds and the boys will be culled in the next week. Do you think it could be something else? In the picture she is still wet from the bath and is in a kennel in my garage to protect from the birds and wind.

Hard to tell with that picture, but it appears to be rooster abuse. I would separate the roosters from the hens/pullets immediately if it were me.
