What Do You Want Added To The BYC Forum & Site? Version II

It would be nice to be able to subscribe the a high activity thread without having it fill up your mailbox. It's nice to get a notification that there is activity on a thread you're watching - but one for *every* response seems a bit much to me. How about considering some logic like this:

If first post on this thread this quarter-hour (or whatever is reasonable)
then
run thru subscription list and send notices

seems like this would take a big load off the mail server too...


For those who want to know every "John Doe" has posted something, maybe we could have a subscription list members as well?

I would like something where you can save favorite people. Like a friends list. You can even subscribe to their posts.

ALSO... important. On the My pages... The peoples username needs to be on there and there needs to be a link where you can PM them. I have opened several people's MY PAGE and not been able to figure out who they were!

Rainbow Bridge Forum - for those who have lost a pet and wish to share with others in the same situation. It feels a little funny to post how sad you are in a forum where other people are happy about what their chickies are doing.

How about a place on the forum where kids (say 12 and under) could post?
They could tell each other about their chickens, etc.
That might be fun!
