YOu need to make more board descriptions. I have yet to see a chicken crazy yet know I can't be alone in this matter. Chicken obsessed is soooooo understated.

I know this might not be the best place for it, but I hope you'll have a cleaning section. I love the recipes for homemade cleaners and easy tips for cleaning stuff (like boiling coke in a burnt pan, diet doesn't work FYI).

I love watching the show on BBC America, How Clean is Your House. They have so many great tips, but I can never remember all of them!

And yes, the site will be one more addiction!!

Wow, great minds think alike!

This topic could (and should) be a forum all on its own. This is similar to the "problem" we had with gardening where we had a very good and popular topic, but because of this it would detract from the focus of BYC. This is why we started www.TheEasyGarden.com.

I wasn't going to say anything until I had something to show you guys, but a while ago (after a lot of research and reviewing domains) I bought the domain www.SufficientSelf.com. It will be in a similar format to BYC and there will be sections on saving money, generating power (living off the grid), etc. etc. etc. If anybody has some pre-interest in helping with this project just shoot me an email or a PM.

I'd like to see more things covered for newbies - like home-made nest boxes, chicken yard do's and don't's, etc. Imagine this would go in the Learning Center.

I love this forum though. I can't believe the traffic that comes through here! Wow - I can't keep up!

Keep the ideas coming! We add all of them to the list and prioritize them based on many factors, but some include, how many people it will help / impact, the resources (time and money) to add them, how many people make the request, etc.

Lots of great ideas and suggestions!

for sufficientself I would love to see basics of canning and preserving. Even how to freeze veggies and fruits there. But basic stuff to be economical.
