What DONT your chickens like

I am feeding the chickens at a nearby farm because I don't have my own yet (boo hoo) and when I brought over a big load of crabapples in 2 sizes they wouldn't touch them. I crushed them one at a time and tried again and they loved them. Today they got granny smith apples, leftover french toast and pizza crusts and I got no complaints. I like feeding them. I can't wait to get my own.

Nor do they like green beans, or pumpkin seeds.
Lily loves cheerios, but Dash hates them, wont eat em. Fussy LOVES grapefruit, but Red doesnt like it. I dont know how they can say they dont have tastebuds, since each chicken likes dif stuff. I DO notice tho, if one really loves somethin and the other doesnt like it too much, they will START to like it, just cuz they think the other is gettin somethin good they arent gettin. Thats a bit like siblings tho.

Mine Love Pomegranates!
I found something else my chickens don't like -
Peanuts.
I had some raw peanuts out for the birds, so I gave one to the chickens and...
They tried it, wiped their beak on the ground and shot away in disgust.

Am I the only one who's chickens won't eat lettuce or any kind of vegetable?

Well they will eat squash a bit, that's it. They love most fruit, but won't touch citrus. They also won't eat bread, unless its something sweet like blueberry muffins. I swear I have the pickiest chickens, and they obviously have a sweet tooth!

mine will eat anything. and i'm wondering if part of it is that i tend to mix it all together. things that they love i'll toss out seperately, like meat scraps. most days, i mix up in a pie plate or whatever and then either toss it or lay it around the yard in various places. they'll run around and change places but that way they all have a fair shot. an example of a mixture from the other day was mackerel with the bones, oats, whole wheat flour, apple, soy oil, dill seeds, oregano (throwing away old spices), vegetable oil, carrot, apple, and red leaf lettuce. someone on here told me not to call it slop, lol, but yeah, that's slop. they LOVE it. LOVE it. the only thing i've added before that they seemed to be offended by was some leftover carob powder.
