What gender is my EE?

What they said. We can tell by the overall color, and he has saddle feathers hanging down in front of his tail. Those saddle feathers are only found on roosters.
 
Thanks for all the response. Originally, I wanted a hen, but now I'm considering to keep that EE rooster and maybe try to breed him with my Black Copper Marans. Hopefully, I'll get olive eggers. I never tried to breed before. Is this a good idea? W hat you guys think
