It has since started crowing nonstop and after looking at some online photos I’m thinking it’s a cockerel? Can anyone weigh in? Thanks!

I had an EE, she was the top chicken in my flock, she crew in the absence of a rooster, not often though. She also ran to join fights between other chickens. She was my darling.
