What gender?

Trying to figure out if this is a Rooster or Pullet. The feed store said it's a hen but they couldn't even tell me the breed. I'm hoping it's a pullet as Rooster's are banned where I live.

It's a golden laced wyandotte; not sure about the sex. How old is it?

It's a golden laced wyandotte; not sure about the sex. How old is it?

The farm store said 3-4 weeks and that was 2 weeks ago. I think its older as it was way bigger than all the other chicks there.
