What gets you out of bed in the morning?

The cats think 7 AM is the prime time to jump all over the bed play fighting, untill I get up to let them out.

Other - Internal Alarm Clock.
Night before - set DF's alarm on his cell phone.
Morning - I wake up before DF's alarm has the chance to start sounding off.

4:30 am - Time to get up.

On mornings I can sleep in - 7:00/7:30 - is the latest I sleep in.
Any later, I'd be missing the morning!

I have an internal alarm clock so I wake up automatically-

I have to make breakfast for everyone which includes cooking pancakes/bacon/eggs/ and pack my DHs lunch and get my girls off to school. Work the horses and feed everything BEFORE 7 AM

Then I come in and BYC for a while!

2 out of 3 of my kids are morning people - I don't know how I spawned such lunatics

I wake up to "tha sun's awake, Mama! Tima get uuuuuuuuuuupppp!!!"

The sun first, then coffee! And Folger's is my brand.

But I have to put a little sugar free cocoa powder in my cup with a little Splenda some hot water and nuke it for 35 seconds on "high". And voila! But.....I have to have my cup on one of those corny "hot plates made for coffee cups"

I can sip away without having to get up off my arse and nuke it again to heat it up! That's what get's me motivated.....

Well..it's not really a live rooster crowing...it's my alarm clock on my cell phone that just happens to be a rooster crowing!

Other- the fact I have to go to school starting tomorrow, 6 dogs yowling to go potty, the turkeys talking for some food the rooster crowing, the fact that if I sleep more than 5 hours I am more tired than I was when I went to sleep.

An internal clock I guess? I usually get up somewhere between 4:45am - 5:15. This morning it was 4:08 though???
