meat loaf and mashed potatoes? I need to fix another veggie. or something. yesterday we had pork chops, fried potatoes, gravy biscuts and broccoli today so far I have a meatloaf in the oven and taters on boiling but need to fix something else bread we are having fried corn bread

Carrots! I usually peel some carrots, dice them up, and then let them boil in water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves until they are soft. They are soooooo yummy!

Me. Of course when I show up, the meatloaf and potatoes don't stay around for long.

But seriously, how about some navy beans? Don't forget LOTS of gravy, and no tomato paste stuff on the meatloaf... Melt some cheese on top for the last 5 minutes in the oven instead. mmmm....
