What Happens if a hen is laying on a double yolk egg?

I just cracked open one of my hens double yolk egg, and I was just wondering if anyone knew what happened if a hen tries to hatch a double yolk egg! Just curious! Thanks!

Hello There,

Well... It would be a very tricky job. But it is possible. You would get twins!
It is almost the opposite of regular hatching... But it still can happen!
